We do real work upfront, so our standard refund policy is intentionally specific. Here's exactly when refunds apply, when they don't, and how our guarantees work.
The setup fee covers the custom design and build of your website — work we begin as soon as we receive your completed intake form.
The setup fee is non-refundable once we begin work, with one exception: our Speed Guarantee (described below).
"Beginning work" means we have received your intake form and started designing or building your site. This typically happens within hours of your payment.

For clients on the standalone (one-time build) package, the annual hosting fee covers 12 months of hosting, SSL, and uptime monitoring.
Annual hosting is non-refundable once paid. You may cancel auto-renewal anytime to prevent future annual charges, but the current year of paid hosting continues until its expiration.
Your build clock starts the moment we have your completed intake form and any required content (photos, brand assets, domain decision). If we miss the 5-business-day window for reasons within our control, your setup fee is refunded in full. The site stays yours either way.

For active monthly subscribers, we commit to specific work in your first 90 days: 12 Google Business posts, submission to 12 local directories, and 3 monthly performance reports. If we don't hit every promised activity, your next 3 months of service are on us — no further charges until those 3 months pass.
Each piece of promised work is documented in your monthly performance report. You'll see the exact list of what we delivered each month. If we fall short on any item by the 90-day mark, the Work Guarantee triggers automatically.

Initiating a chargeback through your bank without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any built work or content. We respond to all chargebacks with documentation of the work delivered.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email. Your refund eligibility for any specific transaction is governed by the policy in effect at the time of that transaction.
