Live within 48 hours of your setup call.

Once we've had your setup call and have what we need, your website goes live and your AI receptionist starts answering calls within 48 hours. That's our standard on every build — not a someday, not a maybe.

Built around your business — and refined for as long as you're with us.

Your website and your AI receptionist are made for your shop: your services, your pricing, your hours, your tone. Hear something you'd phrase differently? Want to swap a photo, change your hours, adjust how your receptionist greets people? Tell us — it's done that day. No tickets, no portals, no extra charge. For as long as you're a client.

Guarantee 03 / Freedom

No setup fees. No contracts. Your site comes with you.

You're never locked in. Month-to-month from day one, cancel anytime. And if you ever leave, your website transfers to you — domain, content, design, all yours. We don't hold your business hostage to keep you as a client.

No setup fees

There is no upfront setup or build fee. Your first monthly payment is what gets everything built, configured, and launched. If you cancel, there is no separate setup charge to refund because there was never one to begin with.

Because there are no setup fees and our plans are month-to-month, refunds are rare and specific. We refund:

We do not provide prorated refunds for a cancelled month, because you retain full service through the cycle you paid for. Monthly fees cover live, ongoing service — hosting, the AI receptionist, review automation, and support — that you receive in real time throughout the month.

How to request a refund or cancel

We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds for billing errors are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at [email protected]. Almost everything is resolved with a quick message.

Initiating a chargeback through your bank without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of service and forfeiture of built work and content. We respond to all chargebacks with documentation of the work and service delivered.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email. Your eligibility for any specific transaction is governed by the policy in effect at the time of that transaction.
